The three members of ZZ Top will celebrate 40 years together next year. During that time, guitarist/singer Billy F. Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill and drummer Frank Beard have never strayed far from the blues-based rock that informed their first hit, "La Grange," in 1973 and landed them a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
