Last year I converted a wooden 9’ x 28’ porch into a screened in porch with a colored concrete floor, there are doorways from both the living room and the dinning room. The porch has become our family room with great through house ventilation. Screened is the way to go if not our porch could not be used after dusk.
PS is seeing more of your neighbors a good thing?
