I am apparently so late to this party..... Is Shenk's still in business? Do they still make cup cheese? Their website is still up and running with it available and I wanted to order some.....
Anyone know if it's still available?

I've seen it recently, maybe at Oregon Dairy. I think they closed their stand at Market, though.

Thanks, Rosie! I wrote to their customer service dept via their website days ago and never got a response of any kind. I miss that stuff and hope I find it when I come back up to Lancaster next week. I'll check the Oregon Dairy for sure.

Plenty of places to purchase Shenk's Cup Cheese. John Herrs, S.C. Weaver, Weis Market Chelsea Square. I buy it every week. Goes best with a Cold Yuengling Lager. ENJOY!!!!

Thank you for the locations! It's one of the things I miss alot about "back home". I miss shopping at John F Martin in Lincoln and Weaver's Markets in Blainsport and Adamstown... with nice weather coming, I'll be making my twice a month trips back with my coolers I love the beach, but there's NOTHING to compare to Lancaster County food and shoppin'.... And that YLager isn't sounding too bad either! LOL

I checked at Oregon Dairy and I was wrong-- not there! Better go with Jethro's recommendations. What do you do with it anyway? Use it like sour cream?
