With overweight tractor-trailers, speeding motorists, drug dealers on corners, etc., I'm relieved that the state trooper hunted down Manheim Township's notorious gum-spitter.

And if her aim was actually that good that she purposely flicked her gum on to a speeding police vehicle going under an underpass they should recruit her to the Police Academy, not prosecute her!
