It seems someone doesn't like the color orange since you can still get the mask. dry.gif

Hey, something has to be done with the overstock of alien masks.

ISP providers aren't able to, nor would they be allowed to disable a link.

I mean, it's really disrespectful towards those who are honestly working hard or those who are students who are trying to get an education.

It's really distasteful and inappropriate, like the Anna Rexia 'costume' that came out a year or two ago.

Things like this say it's okay to joke about it and can lead to other things.
Capitalizing on people's racism and unjust hatred towards others? Only in amerika.

Is it really censorship? Google, ebay and target are just simple corporations. It's not like the government is banning them. Don't be so hasty to toss out the C word.

Sure they can. Remember the whole "'net neutrality" discussion from a while ago? It works along the same lines.
I do it in my house, using the same technology Comcast would if they wanted to. I use it to keep my kids from dowloading AOL instant messanger. I don't stop the protocol, just the dowload to the AIM client. They can use Pidgin which not only works well, but keeps problematic issues with the AIM client from occuring.
I'm guessing that the server is getting too much traffic and crashed, exceeded their quota and was disabled or are otherwise having problems, not Comcast or anyone else censoring them.
The easy way to do it is put a SOA or A record in for the host to your DNS to any unreachable IP address or the loopback.

Anyway, I find the costume somewhat humorous. And yeah, it's a great way to get rid of the surplus convict costumes and alien masks. Which is more than I can say for the teenagers who don't bother to dress up or anything and show up at my door with a pillow case.
Guess what little buggers, you're getting hotel soaps. Serious, I've been saving up for a year.

So you're fairly confident they won't be ambitious enough to soap windows then, right? Like YOUR windows?

I figure it's unlikely they'd be able to connect where the soap came from.
And if they're that tempted, I have security cameras, so they'll get a lot more than just my ire for mooching candy they're too old for.
Serious, when you've got to shave, it's time to stop trick-or-treating.

This is what I get when I click on any of the 3 embedded links. I assumed Comcast is blocking/disabling them.

Well, for starters, that's a search engine, not a web browser.
Even so, Google has no cache of it.
And archive.org doesn't either.

Which leads me to believe you've got a bad link? Cause one of those two places almost always has a cache of darn near everything but craigslist ads. I wish there was an archive of CL ads, cause I've found many things I want to buy a day after it expired. When it expires, you can't contact the user even if you have their sale address.
