I bought a Mac at MacHeads 4 years ago on the assumption that the cost was the same as an online Apple order but that I would get some local support. What a joke...that support stinks and comes with an outrageous pricetag. With a real Apple store, just down the road, I cannot believe MacHeads will be able to stay in business based upon their service, or lack thereof, and the outrageous rent at the Quizno's Center, I mean College Row.

Yeah, there's no reason to go to that store. I bought my Macbook at the Apple store in Park City. Why go through a middle man? The support from Apple is amazing as well. I really can't understand going anywhere else. The only reason this place might stay in business, is because the F&M kids with daddy's credit card.

I was so worked about about my poor experience at MacHeads that I missed the first announcement that I have seen in the paper about the new hookah lounge. And not on some side street, but in the 300 block of North Queen. We have really arrived here in Lancaster City with this one. Do you think that owners of the upscale condos at the end of the street will frequent this place? Will Steve bring in a load of overpriced vintage hookahs? Will Rachel's see a boon in business...not sure if smoking a hookah gives you the munchies or not? Would this be what Mayor Gray means when he says "the edge"? With the Brunwsick closed, the candidate who does not get to book the CC for election night might want to consider this new venue for their party's party?

Disappointed with the service there too...now I just go to Park City...they were much more responsive to the issue I had...hard to believe you could get better service at "the mall" versus the "neighborhood" merchant...!!
Those are really crappy hours. Do they not realize that most people have something called a J-O-B? So far I've used tech support twice on the phone; I haven't had to take my Mac anywhere, unlike my old PCs, which constantly required one thing or another. My mini-pc probably won't be too much trouble since I only fire it up once or twice a month, but you never know; it's a pc.
