Are they counting transactions where people sell a house to themselves for $1? I see a lot of them in the Sunday News.

Exactly. Anticipate this news to change once that $8,000 first time homebuyer credit goes away. The only stuff moving now is stuff these first time homebuyers can afford. This is a great time for them! Wonder if they'll extend that credit or bring it back for the new year.
