Gil, you're showing your age. These are showers compared to what we had here in the spring of 1972.
Be thankful for the rain (and lower air conditioning bills) while you can still get it. The next drought could happen here at any time. Remember how dry this past winter and early spring were. It's only the above average rainfall that has kept us from a serious drought this year. |
