Easter is this Sunday.
Walking on April 7th in Lancaster PA just should not involve parkas and scarves and mittens. It is just perverse.

This comment shows how soft this generation has become. Back during the war, I used to walk to school in snow up to my waist, and this was in June.....
I wish I had chickens!

I still have my shovel and salt out on the porch. I learned my lesson when I was talking to a friend 2 weeks ago, telling her the kids had a great winter, hardly any illness, and then they all got sick. I wasn't taking chances with the snow, so my shovel will remain out there until we have 3 days of 60 degree weather! LOL
