Does anyone know if there is a website detailing Lancaster city zoning rules? For example, fencing in yards, number of dogs per household, etc.
thanks

Be sure to know if the house you are talking about is in Lancaster City or Lancaster Township. When we lived at the edge of Lancaster City, we had neighbors who had erroneously been told that their house was in Lancaster Twp. This caused them a big surprise when they got a letter from the City telling them they had to replace the sidewalk all around their property and somewhat changed their plans about fencing their property. Sometimes realtors tell you the wrong thing.
