You'll need a glass gallon jug.
A fermnetation lock, (saran wrap and a rubber band will work too).
Wine yeast.
A gallon of apple cider. or apple juice concentrate. psst... get the cider from a roadside stand or Roots.
Fill glass jug about 3/4 with cider.
Add 1/3 pack wine yeast.
Put fermantation lock on jug, saran wrap with rubberband, let the exhaust out but no new air in. Caution bottle will explode if tightly capped.
Fermant at room temperature for 2 days.
Six hours before serving refrigerate to retain carbonation.
Serve in frozen mugs, and it will have a head like beer.
