• 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• * Direct Substitute of Smart Balance Spread
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• * Substitute w/ Splenda. I would go a little less than 1 cup.
• 5 large eggs, at room temperature
• Finely grated zest of 1 medium lime
