An interesting article here since the Chief in East Lampeter doesn't believe in criminals being punished. Let's see his attitude now that crime is publicized and roosting in his kingdom.....again.

Lindsay Staeger, 31, of Springfield, said that just before 4:30 p.m. Saturday someone stole three credit cards from her purse while she was at Rockvale Outlets, police said. The cards were then used at various stores along Route 30. Her loss is $4,773. -LNP-

Wonder if she had them out or if her purse was open and they were laying on top in plain view. I guess it could happen. You're right though, the thief may have been caught on camera if there were any up. Kind of odd the purse itself wasn't taken, in my opinion. |
