Mr. President Does It Right. Solemn moments honoring the sacrifice

The president led a team of officials onto the gray C-17 cargo plane carrying Griffin, and then back off, where they stood for several minutes in a line of honor.
It was not quite 4 a.m. The sky was black and a yellowish light came from poles flanking the flight. The only sounds were a whirring power unit on the plane and the clicking of cameras. A blue vehicle carrying members of Griffin's family pulled up.

Yeah, why would the President deal with the war... his war - when he could be out on the links hiding, not dealing, running scared, undeciding, not listening to ground commanders, looking brohip, joking, not knowing how to deal with his collapes of an admin, his media friends starting to jump ship....
President Barack Obama has only been in office for just over nine months, but he's already hit the links as much as President Bush did in over two years.
CBS' Mark Knoller — an unofficial documentarian and statistician of all things White House-related — wrote on his Twitter feed that, "Today - Obama ties Pres. Bush in the number of rounds of golf played in office: 24.
Took Bush 2 yrs & 10 months."
This news comes on the heels of today's news that Obama played golf with a woman — chief domestic policy adviser Melody Barnes — for the first time since taking office.

get off the golf course and fix something - ANYTHING, Mr. President!

Oh but Art...he has been working real hard at fixing things, like Fox News, the police in the Gate's incident. How dare you insinuate he isn't fixing things.

bush didn't go to dover..
...
number of days a troop request was dithered by the bush admin - 2008: 240+
number of days obama was president before he addressed the request: 28
that's change we can believe in...

It's remarkable how David Letterman's daliances get eight pages of comments and yet no one seems much interested in this.
Was Bush aware of the CIA dealings?

And here I thought the left was opposed to escalating the war.

confusing conservatives isnt that hard to do...

obama has always said he would re-focus on afghanistan because bush was more interested in iraq..
28-days into his presidency...obama acted on requests for more troops..
the generals got what they wanted...
a near doubling of troops..
after 6-months...how'd that go?
guess what...
the generals say they want more troops....

During the Bush Admin, the left (and rightly so) was screaming for an end to the war and that we should get out. Keep in mind I don't disagree with that.
So where are they now? The war is "okay" now because your guy is in office?
Like the Teabaggers, the left is just as full of partisan SHlT as everyone else.
Try to be consistent.
