Isn't it amazing how many times "lefty" looses in court when their ridiculous policies and rules are challenged. That is what happens when you make policy/rules that favor only the Liberals. Keep it up conservatives, this nation will continue to die on socialist vine if we don't fight back.

Now the fun really begins. Just wait until the pro-life t-shirts start to show up. So much for an environment condusive to learning.

Later...Shawn

I am glad this boy won his case! I do think that all students in all schools should wear uniforms.

Environment condusive to learning? Have you been in one of our pathetic "Institutes of Learning" lately? The only enviroment there is anti-conservative, anti-military, pro homosexual, anti-family with all the rules and policies. Take stock of what you see happening in and around our schools, it is condusive to mind shaping socialist propaganda offered by non other than your President Barry Obama. George Washington and the boys are rolling over in their graves right now wondering what has become of the once proud great nation built by strong men and great women. Quick answer, the Liberals used the court system to gain a foothold for their crap, now its time to fight back.

Do you support the win or not? Uniforms belong in communist countries. Teach our children to dress sensibly and respectfully and you won't have dress code issues. Voicing your opinion on your shirt isn't a problem as long as it done tastfully and respectfully. Having to look at someone's opinion that use profanity or vulgarities on a shirt or bumper sticker is offensive, that is where the line is drawn. If one of my children would ever do that, as a father they would deal with me first and it wouldn't be a debate, no matter what their age is.

Now, does this mean that students can also wear T-shirts that say:

"Choice. What a beautiful Life" or is it only pro life t shirts that are allowed?

This should clear the way for kids to wear Marley shirts with "Roll a fatty" on them too.

This demonstrates why government schools are not an option for many parents.

He's right. Obama has been president for 10 months and has already done all of this. He's changed every school from the three Rs, (Readin', 'Riting, and Reagan) to Khemer Rouge style indoctrination camps in JUST 10 MONTHS (and three of those months were summer vacation).
Every teacher has CHANGED...every textbook has been re-written....

They're coming, they're coming for YOUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(maybe you ought to take your foot off the paranoid pedal for a little bit)

Yeah, I've been in some local schools. Things were pretty much the same as when I went to school. What specifically about the environment in schools leads you to believe they are anti-conservative (what does that even mean?), anti-military, pro-homosexual (what does that even mean?), and anti-family (what does that even mean?). What exactly are you fighting for? What specific changes are you fighting for?

I agree for middle schools and elementary schools. The high school should have a reasonable dress code.

And you demonstrate why many of us choose to send our kids to public schools instead of wasting our life savings on a liberal private school.

You know those schools which all the kids throw the best booze and drug partys everytime their parents leave town. Well at least they did in the 90's anyhow!
