If the jurors are subject to charges then they have the right to invoke their 5th amendment protections and remain silent. So the jurors now need a lawyer, who needs to assure, they will not be charged in exchange for their testimony in regard to their conduct. This could get interesting. |

LNP never should have had access to the jury information to begin with. It should be kept confidential until after the trial is over and the sentencing occurs. I blame LNP for this and they should pay for a new trial.
